Goals

• “Bul Trans Cars” aims to become a recognized business association on the international market, offering advanced high-quality solutions for the transport of cars and additional services in order to meet the requirements of both manufacturers and distributers.
• “Bul Trans Cars” is to be transformed from regional association into a nationally representative organization of companies in the vehicle transport sector.
• The cluster shall operate as a network of haulers with the role of coordinator and driver of the activities that take place therein.
• The cluster shall represent the interests of the sector before the state institutions, responsible for the regulations, development and control in the transport sector.
• The cluster shall be working to raise the operational standards of the business, as well as its image.
• The cluster shall assist its members in respect of: coordination and management of activities, establishing contacts in foreign markets, development of professional and administrative capacity, financial support and investment.
• The cluster shall collect, process and distribute among its members regulatory, market, technological and other information that may be useful for its companies’ operations.
• The cluster shall work for the recognition of the prestige of the occupation of the haulier by organizing and promoting the raising of staff qualification and will put forward the issue for public discussion.
• The cluster shall work to increase the attractiveness of the hauliers for the young generation and help solve important social problems, such as reduction of unemployment.
